About — The Well
A small studio with a long list of regulars.
The Well started with one belief: that good aesthetics should feel less like a sales counter and more like a careful conversation. Eight years in, our Scottsdale team — led by Ashley, Kory and Acacia — still treats every appointment that way.
We're a women-owned, Asian-owned medical spa with a deliberately small chair count, so you get unrushed time with the same provider every visit. Reviews mention three things, almost always: honest education, customized care, and the kind of results that don't need a recovery story.
